Solar Project Manager

It will be your daily goal to maximize efficiency in the implementation of detailed project plans, keeping track of goals, tasks, resources, schedules, costs, and contingencies.
As (PM) you will ensure that every residential and small commercial installation is started and completed accurately ensuring efficient progress throughout the installation pipeline.
Facilitating all of Sundog Solar's installations in a systematic way, building trust with project owners, employees and ensuring complete projects through all phases, done with quality and a superior customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish - Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders - Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables - Coordinate and communicate with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure project success - Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate solutions - Conduct regular project meetings to provide updates and address concerns - Prepare and present project reports to management and clients, Keep projects on task, on time and on budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, Strong team management and leadership skills, effective team building skills, innovative ideas and solutions.
